I'm a digital designer and UX expert who mastered user experience — and when my vision changed, so did my mission: to make beautiful, accessible websites that include everyone.
Hi, I’m Rebecca Gray a digital designer, UX/UI consultant, and accessibility advocate based in the UK. I help businesses create inclusive, user-friendly websites that work beautifully for everyone — not just the average user.
My journey into user experience begun with my own eCommerce website 'Just Curves', selling plus-size fashion after university. I was passionate about creating something empowering, and through support from the Prince’s Trust and regular meetups with local young entrepreneurs, I found myself wanting to offer more than just products — I wanted to help others with their websites to.
I’d just graduated with a degree in Business and Marketing, and I was eager to create a website for Just Curves that actually stood out. I didn’t want something generic — I wanted something smart, creative, and seamless. So, I taught myself how to code. That curiosity led me to a Master’s in Digital Design, where I dove deeper into coding, user interface (UI) design, and UX principles.
That’s where everything clicked.
I fell in love with the rare blend of logic and creativity that comes with being a UX/UI designer — making things that not only work well, but feel good to use. From simple site flows to beautiful interfaces and playful animations, I became obsessed with what makes a great user experience.
But then my vision began to change.
Suddenly, I was experiencing firsthand what it's like to struggle with digital products. Things I once designed without thinking twice became difficult to use. That shift opened my eyes — and it changed everything.
Now, accessibility is at the heart of my work. Because sometimes, you don’t fully understand the barriers others face until you face them yourself.
